We were originally told that the pool would be repaired in January and that we would be able to use the pool. However the pool area was closed and at the time of our departure (Feb 28) it still had not been fixed. Also the exterior of the condo was in rough shape from the storm and little had been done to fix up the landscaping. Because of the inconvenience we were refunded some of the rental money by the agency so their customer service went above and beyond in accommodating us. This was/is a great rental. It had all the major conveniences to make it feel like home. The location was perfect and the screened in Lanai overlooking the water was perfect for relaxing. All in all a great rental.
