How much is due to reserve?
Upon reserving, 1/3 of the total + security deposit + any condo/HOA fees. 1/3 is due 60 prior to check-in. Remaining 1/3 due 30 days prior to check-in.
Are there any other fees?
Our fees entail: the rental rate + 11% state/county tax + a transaction fee and cleaning fee (both based on the size of the property) . Security deposit can range from $500 to $1,000.
How do I pay for my reservation?

Do you have refunds for bad weather?
No, we do not, natural occurrences may affect your vacation but are something that is out of our control.
How many people can stay at the property I am renting?
Each property description clearly states how many people are allowed to stay at the rental property. Also, Page 1 of the lease states the maximum number of people allowed.
What are check in procedures?
Once the final installment has been received and your reservation has been paid in full, Arrival Instructions will be sent via email explaining the check-in process. The majority of our properties have a coded lock box on the front door of the unit, so you may check-in at the designated time on your arrival date.
Do you provide maid service?
Yes, we can provide daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services at an additional cost. Please call our office to schedule and to get an exact rate.
Can I smoke in the property?
No, all of our properties are smoke-free and we have a very strict no smoking policy. Please smoke outside and ensure all doors and windows are closed while smoking.
What are the check out procedures?
- Check out time is 10am
- Please clean out refrigerator
- Remove all trash from the residence and place it in the appropriate receptacles.
- Please take receptacles to the end of the driveway (if applicable) Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Turn off all interior/exterior lights and ceiling fans. Set the air conditioner to ” Auto ” and ” Cool ” to 76 degrees.
- Return any moved furniture back to its original position.
- Double check the residence for all your personal belongings.
- Please leave the keys as you found them on day of arrival, if keys were in a lock box, please return the set of keys to the lock box. ** PLEASE DON’T FORGET THE GARAGE REMOTE **
