Naples Vacation Company’s Role

Naples Vacation Company is contracted by the owner of the property to provide services on behalf of the owner, not the tenant. Naples Vacation’ will seek to provide services to the tenant but must operate within the wishes of the owner.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Our check-in time is 3 pm and we please ask for you to depart by 10 am so we can prepare the property for our next set of guests. Any deviations from these times need to be pre-approved by a Naples Vacations Representative.

Furnishings & Decor

The vacation property you have leased for your vacation is privately owned and has been decorated, furnished, and equipped by the owner for both their enjoyment and yours. If you feel something was missed, please contact our office.

Pets

Due to allergies of some property owners and/or regulations of the community, pets are not permitted in most rental properties. Please check the individual property for the pet policy or call a Naples Vacations Representative to ensure the property is pet friendly. If a pet is allowed, a refundable pet deposit and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged.

Smoking

All Naples Vacations rental properties are non-smoking units. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. If smoking outside a rental property, we ask to keep all windows and sliding glass doors closed. Any evidence of smoking could result in additional cleaning charges and/or forfeiture of security deposit.

Parties & Celebrations

Our vacation rentals are intended for rest, relaxation and for simple fun vacations. Our rental properties are not available for celebrations or parties of any kind and the maximum number of occupants for each rental property is clearly noted on Page 1 of the Short-Term Lease Agreement. Any deviations or special requests must be pre-approved by the owner and a Naples Vacations Representative, we appreciate your understanding.

Special Requests

Special Requests will be honored with consent of the owner.
