This large condo is conveniently located at the Bonita Springs/Naples line. It has pretty much all you need in the kitchen and with two separate sitting areas (besides a patio table/chairs and dining table/chairs, it is quite comfortable. The only description item that was not as it appeared was the grill. The grill is not with the condo but a public grill by the public pool. The condo is well-maintained though a bit outdated, but that was not a big deal for us. We were surprised that the cleaners didn’t do a thorough check. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Two coffee mugs in the cabinet had cigarette ashes in them, and a whole potato was in the garbage disposal. As well, the vacuum cleaner I don’t believe had ever been cleaned. We cleaned it out and vacuumed everything ourselves and filled the bag less container so we know it hasn’t been picking up dirt in a while. I place this solely on the cleaners not the owners of course. Some lights were out—not a big deal. Master toilet worked only occasionally, but Harry the maintenance guy came quickly once issue was raised and fixed it. Coffee maker is old, very old and heating plate rusty. Very inexpensive fix but to date hasn’t been. No “info” sheet for anything other than very small note on side of fridge. No Instruction on use of remotes—and we know how those can differ. Front bedrooms are very bright due to security lights, we had to put a blanket over the window. All very small, easily solvable issues. We’d recommend it despite these things and plan to stay there again.
